Payments
Projects require 50% to begin and 50% on launch. Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 14 days' notice.
Timelines
Estimated timelines assume content and feedback are provided promptly. Delays in either may shift the launch date.
Ownership
On final payment, you own the design and content of your website. We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
We deliver work with reasonable care and skill, but cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes such as rankings or revenue.
